Speaker Bios:
Rebecca M. Reck is beginning Ph.D. studies in systems engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She completed her master’s degree in electrical engineering at Iowa State University during her eight years at Rockwell Collins and her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a mathematics minor, with honors, from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2005.
Anne Rocheleau is currently a PhD student in biomedical engineering at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY studying the hydrodynamics and adhesion kinetics of leukocyte rolling on the endothelial layer of blood vessels. She completed her master’s degree in chemical engineering in 2011, also at Cornell and received her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a mathematics minor, with honors, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts in 2010.
