The GradSWE Leadership team exists to serve the graduate student community in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). Our mission is to provide graduate student the resources they need to excel and graduate with their advanced degrees in order to successfully transition into their desired career – even in the face of a global pandemic.
In a desire to better meet the needs of our community, we have developed a survey to gauge what types of resources might be most useful during this time and how they can best be delivered.
